We’ve been telling you for the past three years that digital passports are coming.  But rather than a physical paper passport that you carry with you now, the new government issued passport would be digital.

It’s already here.

Want proof?  Take a cruise out of the country for a few days, say down to the Bahamas.

When you arrive back in the states, you’ll walk past what looks like a kiosk device, slightly taller than the average person.  You’ll be instructed to remove any hats or sunglasses, and to look into the camera.  The biometric scanner will very quickly match your face with your existing passport photo and you’ll be allowed to enter the country,

The talk about government issued digital identification and passports isn’t wild speculation, it’s already here!

While we were under lockdown in 2020-21, the federal government through the State Department (which issues passports) and  Homeland Security were busy implementing their plan.

Now that both the backend software and front facing kiosk components of their digital identification system is in place, there will be no putting the genie back in the bottle.  This system will be used everywhere.
