You can make these Easy Chocolate Fudge Popsicles or Pops any time using pantry staples. If you don’t want to strain it, add the cocoa to the condensed evaporated milk and whisk before adding milk. I’ve used coconut and cow’s milk for this with great results. They disappear fast!
