INGREDIENTS – Chocolate Italian Ice Recipe NYC Style

2 cups water

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup cocoa or 3/4 cup if you want it really chocolate-y


In a saucepan, add water and sugar. Dissolve sugar in medium high heat. Whisk in cocoa. Put in a loaf pan or baking dish, cover and pop in freezer. Scrape every 30 minutes or so with a fork, defrosting a little if necessary. That’s it! Next time try THIS
