January is National Soup Month and for a good reason.  There’s nothing better on a cold, cloudy, rainy (or snowy) night than a bowl of hot chicken noodle soup.  Elizabeth’s website is filled with soup recipes, but if you don’t have time to make the American Classic Chicken Noodle Soup yourself, we put six different brands to the test.  Turns out (according to Michael) there is a clear winner!

Elizabeth Dougherty has been cooking and writing about food intensively for more than ten years. She is the fourth generation of chefs and gourmet grocers in her family with her mother, Francesca Esposito and grandmother, Carmella being major influences in her early cooking years.
