Some still have the idea that Cinco de Mayo is the Mexican version of Fourth of July and avoid it…. it’s not true.  Cinco de Mayo marked an important military battle but is NOT their Independence Day… so feel free to celebrate.  Elizabeth has some ideas for your Cinco de Mayo fiesta.
