Each week, Food Nation Radio features interviews with award-winning chefs and restaurant owners.  We also feature food safety experts and researchers in a fast-paced nationwide show.  Listeners are shown how easy it is to cook fresh, healthy and organic foods.  The show includes tips and secrets about dining out and kitchen hacks.  We conduct taste tests and you’ll hear gardening tips.  Our listeners get a look at what’s actually inside the foods they eat.  In a twist, listeners hear what restaurant servers say about customers.

Elizabeth Dougherty is a writer, trained chef, and now an award-winning talk show host.
