Cordiner created a blueprint for DE-centralization that was the envy of the business world and was taught in the colleges to business leaders. Elizabeth digs into a story we brought you a few weeks ago, about how lab grown milk will soon be in your grocery store. What is this stuff? How is it made? Is is better for us than real milk? 06/08/24: In this episode, Elizabeth looks at the aluminum in our food, in the water, in the soil, and of course… in our air. While research is still underway, the overuse of glyphosate is is apparently killing the “food” that Archaea eats that maintains life on the planet. Of course this is yet ANOTHER example of how the federal government approved the use of a Monsanto product WITHOUT adequate testing. Also in this episode, you’ll hear more about the Amos Moses case, the Amish farmer who’s been the target of the both the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and the USDA. Our Taste Test focuses on the classic Rice-A-Roni side dish, with a shocking winner! 05/11/2024: The more we unravel the mess at the USDA, the FDA and the EPA, it turns out more government oversight isn’t the answer, it’s the problem! This week, Elizabeth takes us back to an interview from 2014, where a professor/researcher announced he was seeing very bizarre “things” under the microscope when looking at genetically modified food products, and now we have a clearer picture of what that is! In the travel hour, there are MORE problems for Boeing, Elizabeth takes us to the best places to take mom for Mother’s Day, and we’re seeing more troubling stories on the high seas.
05/04/2024: Here we go again! We are being used as the guinea pigs for yet ANOTHER test. A company called Moolec has come up with a plan to genetic insert pig cells placed inside a soybean plant, resulting in a soybean pod containing real pork meat. You can’t make this up! Without any long-term human feeding studies to determine it’s safety, the corrupt USDA/FDA has given its approval for production. In the travel hour, you’ll hear more calls to the control tower from planes in distress and her Destination Unknown segment, Elizabeth takes us to the hill country of Texas.
04/20/2024: Two weeks ago, Elizabeth presented information that pointed to mRNA vaccines given to chickens, have made the leap to cows. Now comes a highly-promoted story in the LA Times that points the blame on a product called “poultry litter” that is commonly used in commercial farm operations. While it’s indeed disgusting that this “stuff” is being fed to the cows, what’s even more disturbing is the fact that the story seemingly dismisses any other cause for avian flu making the highly unlikely natural jump to cows. Plus, poultry litter has been used for years without any cases of bird flu moving to cows. It’s too coincidental that the flu jumped from birds to cows not long after the recently-introduced mRNA avian vaccines. There are no coincidences, and are developing a mistrust of the media. You’ll hear what foods “preppers: shop for and as this show aired on April 20th, (420) our taste test involves a special type of chocolate available at “dispensaries” of medical marijuana products. In the travel hour, you’ll hear an extended version of Airline Debacles as there were a LOT of them this week. 04/08/2024: Both Elizabeth and Michael have been slightly under the weather for the past couple of weeks, so this show actually aired on Monday, April 8th, just a few hours before the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. After her Food News and Servers Revenge, Elizabeth looks at how Avian Bird Flu has made the jump to BOTH cows and humans. This is the very definition of “gain of function” and why she’s been warning about the entire flawed GMO concept for years. As we grew closer to the time when the moon crosses the past of the sun, our taste test came from the archives, and you’ll hear about a food product that should be in your emergency food pantry… Vienna Sausages! In the second hour, an expanded look at Airline Debacles and how Boeing’s problems will eventually impact us all. In our RV tips segment, a look at how to prepare your motorhome or trailer for use as a “lifeboat” in case the power grid shuts down and we’re all forced to boondock. In her food news of the week, the new minimum wage laws are now in effect in California… what will it mean to medium sized businesses that can’t afford this new level of government overreach? In the second hour, Elizabeth looks at the story we’re being told regarding the ship that struck the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, MD. Portions of the story are NOT being told, (especially when it comes to the capabilities of ship itself) and thus we’re being LIED to once again. In this week’s RV Tips and Tales, a look at ways to spice up the lighting in your home-away-from-home.
03/23/2024: We take for granted that the water coming out of our faucet is safe and clean. It isn’t and the overlapping federal agencies that are charged with protecting the water supply is failing miserably. After a look at this week’s food news and servers revenge, Elizabeth takes a deep dive into what’s actually IN the water you’re drinking and giving to your kids. In the travel hour, she looks at the alarming increase in “drowsy driving” auto accidents and deaths, and you’ll hear how, once, again, the government is playing games with the number of incidents and thus hiding the truth! In her Destination Unknown, Elizabeth takes on an a nostalgic trip to Las Vegas and Tim Arnold’s Pinball Museum and Hall of Fame.
03/16/2024: The Florida Legislature has voted to BAN fake meat products in the state setting up a showdown with the FDA. In the travel hour, a look at Boeing, and why you should be concerned. Our RV Tips includes a camping trip to Sanibel Island, and in her Destination Unknown segment, Elizabeth takes us to upstate New York to Taconic State Park.

03/04/2024: A jammed packed show! Elizabeth takes a deep dive into what’s really happening with the meat supply right now. You’ll meet Jason Nelson the CEO of Prepper Beef. a disabled vet who left the military when forced to get a jab. Jason and his company are partners with this show and Jason is the one who is standing up to NY Attorney General Leticia James. We discuss how the food labeling efforts of the past decade are FINALLY paying off and how consumers don’t like what they’re reading about bioengineered foods. Our taste test focuses on fast food fish sandwiches, and in her Destination Unknown segment, a trip to Hot Springs National Park. We talk about how to de-winterize your RV, and you’ll learn a new phrase this week… “FLIGHT SHAME” and how a small group of elitists with nothing better to do) are busy causing trouble for airline travelers.

In our “Destination Unknown” segment this week, Elizabeth takes us to a museum in Key West that explores a few hundred years of shipwrecks.
02/10/2024: There’s a big football game being played in Las Vegas on Sunday, so Elizabeth has a list of “Food Tours” that should be on your Bucket List. As we saw with the conviction and incarceration of the head of Peanut Corporation of America, corporate executives who knowingly sell contaminated foods can be dealt with severely. Elizabeth asks the question, should restaurant chefs be held responsible for creating menu items containing food products that are unsafe? In the travel hour, a very troubling story that we are watching closely. Shortly after takeoff, an airline passenger began bleeding from his mouth and nose, and continued until he died in his seat. None of the other passengers on the plane were isolated, but instead, were allowed to continue on their journeys while a cause of death was determined. Those passengers (and anyone coming into contact with them) could be at risk! In her Destination Unknown segment, Elizabeth takes us to downtown St. Petersburg, Florida for a visit to the Salvador Dali Museum.

01/27/24: If you only download and listen to one podcast, it should be this one. After Elizabeth’s Food & Travel News Updates, her two big stories are both VERY troubling. In the food hour of the show, you’ll hear about a mystery substance that may or may not be used as a food additive, or may or may not be used in the food production process as a flavor enhancer. We don’t know because we can’t get a straight answer! It’s as if it’s use is intentionally being obfuscated. HEK 293 is reportedly from the cell line of an aborted fetus from the early 1970’s. Setting aside the horrific moral and legal issues, is it possible that human cells are being inserted into the foods we eat to enhance the flavor? In the travel hour, over the past three years, we’ve presented a feature called “Airline Debacles” where we’ve documented some of the weird incidents on planes and airports and they almost always end with the arrest of individuals involved and their placement on the airline’s/government’s “NO FLY LIST.” What we’ve witnessed is the “Weaponization of the No Fly List,” and the advancements of the so-called Justice Department’s selective enforcement of the law. In her Destination Unknown Segment, Elizabeth takes us to the Winchester Mystery Mansion in San Jose, California.
1/20/24: After the latest Food News (Starbucks is facing a BIG lawsuit) and Servers Revenge (a restaurant worker blasts a co-worker) you’ll hear the call Elizabeth made to RFK Jr on Coast to Coast. Mr. Kennedy gave an amazing answer to the corruption of the food supply in this country and the complicity of the United States federal government. Elizabeth has a list of foods served at McDonald’s restaurants around the world that are not available here, and our taste test focuses (through lots of tears) on raw onions. In the Travel Hour, you’ll hear a bizarre episode of Airline Debacles, cold-weather camping tips, and in her Destination Unknown, Elizabeth takes us to 10 places around the world you think would be un-affordable, but instead are very affordable.
01/13/2024: For the past few years, we’ve heard the saying, “watch the water,” and the more we look at what’s in the water, the more concerned we’ve become. After an update on the latest food news, Elizabeth shares some recent information that’s emerged regarding the public drinking water. You’ll hear what’s being done here and in the UK, and once again, it seems humanity is being used as test subjects for some very disturbing experiments. With all the turmoil in the world, Elizabeth shares a list of foods may be more difficult to find in 2024, and our taste test zeros in on sugar wafer cookies. In the travel hour, Elizabeth has the latest travel news (and winter warnings) and our RV Tips includes a list places you can visit in January. Then you’ll hear how, with the new technology in the airports, it may indeed be possible to predict which airline passengers may become “unruly” and Elizabeth talks about changes in the travel industry and how it’s become increasingly more difficult to get a refund when vacation plans change. Finally, Elizabeth takes us to South Florida where a jilted man spent his life creating a stone tribute to the young woman who broke his heart.
01/08/2024: Once again, USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack’s armed thugs have invaded and raided an Amish farm, confiscating and destroying food products and trampling of the religious liberties of an Amish community that just wants to be left alone. Elizabeth says it’s time for this to STOP! In this show, you’ll also hear how sunscreen may not be healthy for you and how people are taking advantage of the kindness of strangers to steal from grocery stores. Our Taste Test this week looks at those $1 hot sauces now available in big box stores, and Elizabeth takes us to the Top 10 Cities around the world ranked on their amazing food offerings.
01/01/2024: While others were sleeping off the News Years Eve fireworks, we brought you the first show of the new year. Elizabeth has a troubling story about “zee bugs” and why bug-based food products being forced upon us are actually very dangerous, and how the exoskeleton of the insects could poison some of us. Elizabeth has and interesting take on those white trails in the sky, and how the consequences could be far worse. We’re not being told something big is happening in regards to the weather, you can feel it! In our airline debacles, the story of how an airlines took a six year old boy to the wrong airport, and because of the events of our taste test exactly one year ago, (champagne) this year as 2023 ends in the history books and we begin 2024, the champagne is non-alcoholic! Let’s have a safe 2024.
