Off the Chain No Churn Key Lime Ice Cream
You don’t need an ice cream maker for this one! So easy! It seems like a lot of sugar, but remember, the key lime juice is very tart. Here’s how to make Off the Chain No Churn Key Lime Ice Cream:
16 oz key lime juice
2 cans organic sweetened condensed milk (14 oz each)
optional graham cracker or chocolate wafer cookies, buzzed in the food processor, for garnish
buzz in a food processor 30 seconds
pour in a freezable container
let set overnight
scoop into bowls
add cookie crumbles
