Do the Lifestyle Diet Reset with Me Day #1

Do the Lifestyle Diet Reset TM with Me Day #1 – How this works: I experiment with some tasty but healthy recipes after the holidays or some other big event.

Here is what I have eaten on one of the days. More posts to follow and share with you, so check back this week.

Eating this way keeps your blood sugar level, it’s all easy on your gut and keeps cortisol levels in check.

Don’t forget to drink eight glasses of filtered water per day. You can add lemon, lime or get carbonated to change it up.

If you can, take a walk, listen to the birds and enjoy the sunshine. If it’s snowy, go to a museum.

Also, every day I take a spoonful of iHeartBees bee pollen (which I keep in the freezer) in the morning and take two bites of probiotic cured cabbage (like organic sauerkraut, kimchee or some other living probiotic I keep in the fridge).
