Easy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

You can be half asleep and make these. Just preheat the oven, throw everything in the processor, pour in the pan and bake! Be sure and make some roasted coffee or tea while these Easy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins are baking.

INGREDIENTS Easy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 cup milk

1/3 cup coconut oil

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 farm fresh eggs

TB baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 c flour

1/2 c cocoa

3/4 c cane sugar

1 c chocolate chips

METHOD

Preheat oven to 350F

Buzz wet ingredients

Add dry ingredients and buzz until just combined

Add chocolate chips and pulse until just combined

Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray

Divide batter into the cups

Bake for about 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
