If you are like me, you get that craving for something frozen but you don’t want all the fat or sugar. Enter Quick and Easy Sorbet at Home that you can make in seconds. No lie. And it’s so satisfying, you may never pay $6 – $8 for store sorbet again.

INGREDIENTS – Quick and Easy Sorbet at Home

2 cups frozen cherries or other fruit

1 banana

1 cup ice

1 cup coconut water

1/2 oz maple syrup or honey
