Flashback – FOOD CONTAMINATION

Since the earliest days of Food Nation Radio, we’ve been talking about the dangers of eating food that’s been contaminated… and what to look out for.  A few days before Thanksgiving, the CDC and FDA took the huge step to stop the sale and consumption of Romaine Lettuce due to an e coli contamination across many states.  In an exclusive interview, Food Nation spoke with famed Attorney Bill Marler, the nation’s foremost expert on food contamination about both the problems with lettuce, turkey, and even cake mixes.
